Delivery is Free for our local Dallas / Fort Worth Area Customers only.

All Texas residents pay 8.25% sales tax. Out-of-state customers do not pay sales tax.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Checks, Cash, and Zelle. We offer financing options as well.

All Orders are Pre-Paid. We do not offer a C.O.D.

We offer a Free 6 Month Layaway with a 10% non-refundable deposit towards the purchase balance.

Dallas Designer Furniture offers a 3-day return policy.* If within three days of delivery or pickup you are not completely satisfied with the color, comfort, or quality of your order, we will allow you to return your order to our warehouse for a refund less all actual delivery costs Dallas Designer Furniture has incurred delivering your furniture. The return of the furniture is the sole responsibility and cost of the customer. Only returns in the original packaging and in brand new, unused condition can be accepted. Refunds less all delivery costs will be issued once the furniture is received back to our facility and inspected. Please notify us immediately if your intent is to return your order.

*We reserve the right to deduct merchant processing fees for credit card and PayPal order cancellations.

*Financing, Progressive Leasing, Acima Credit, SNAP Finance, and Paypal Credit have an all sales final policy and will not refund or reverse the transaction for any reason once our part of the sale is completed and handed over to them. That is their policy, not ours. Therefore, all financed furniture orders are All Sales Final.*

*Mattress Sales including Box Springs and Foundations have an All Sales Final policy.

*Floor Models and Warehouse Clearance Items offered at deep discounts are sold As-Is and All Sales Final.

*All Sales Final on Custom Orders.

Dimensions are provided in the item description. Please be sure to measure your area, doorways, hallways, and stairwells. We will not be responsible for items too large for your space or doorways, and you will be required to pay all delivery and return costs back to our warehouse as stated above.

Any problems with your furniture need to be reported on the day of delivery, and all boxes must be maintained! Not reporting problems right away leads to claim denials from the manufacturer and/or delivery drivers and insurance for defective and damaged items and makes our job a lot harder! We want to resolve any issues you have quickly and efficiently. Please communicate with us. We are here to help.

All damage or defects must be noted at the time of delivery!

We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund damaged and/or missing items at our discretion.

Colors and stains may vary from each computer monitor, photography, lighting, and natural variations. Please contact us for clarification. It can be difficult to buy furniture sight unseen. We are glad to answer questions and send additional information and pictures when available. Please be sure of your purchase, if not, let's talk about it!

Furniture Warranties vary per manufacturer and set. Contact us for specific information regarding a furniture set's warranty and manufacturers' policies and procedures regarding claims.

Most out-of-state deliveries arrive within 2–6 weeks, depending on your location and the manufacturer’s availability.

Do you offer furniture delivery in the Dallas–Fort Worth area? top

Yes. We offer local furniture delivery throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, including cities such as Keller, Southlake, Grapevine, Frisco, Plano, Fort Worth, Arlington, and surrounding communities.

Local delivery for in-stock furniture is often completed within 1–3 business days.

How much does furniture shipping cost? top

Delivery for Local Dallas / Fort Worth Area Customers is Free.

Delivery for all others outside of DFW and Nationwide is a Flat Rate of $195.

How long does furniture delivery take? top

Furniture delivery times depend on inventory, availability, and delivery location.

Typical delivery timeframes include:

• Dallas / Fort Worth delivery: 1–3 business days for in-stock items
• Nationwide delivery: typically 2–6 weeks

Customers outside the DFW metro area may receive furniture via independent delivery services and are responsible for their own installation.

All customers located outside of Texas do not have to pay sales tax.

Returns may be accepted within 3 days of delivery for local Dallas / Fort Worth customers if the furniture is unused and returned in original packaging.

Returns may be accepted within 10 days of delivery for out-of-area customers if the furniture is unused and returned in original packaging.

Return shipping costs may apply, and refunds are processed after the furniture is inspected upon arrival at the warehouse.

Dallas Designer Furniture offers free furniture delivery within approximately 100 miles of the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. This service covers most cities throughout the DFW area and many surrounding North Texas communities. Customers outside this radius can still receive nationwide delivery through our independent furniture shipping network.
