Shipping Policies

All Sales are Subject to Our Policies and Procedures.

We use a variety of shipping methods to service our customers outside of the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex.

Each order is unique and we will choose the best method for your furniture order coupled with your location.

Although most furniture sets are available for nationwide delivery, we do have some items that we can not ship outside of our area for various reasons. 

Please contact us if you want further clarification on how and when your order will arrive.  We will need your zip code and the furniture sets or furniture pieces you are wanting to purchase.

Common Carrier Orders (most frequently used):

This is an order that will arrive on a pallet(s).  Items will be brand new in boxes and strapped and shrink wrapped to the pallet.  The common carrier will call in advance and make a delivery appointment, so you are home and ready to receive delivery.  They are not responsible for bringing in your furniture and setting it up.  Any freight damage needs to be notated at the time of delivery.  Failure to make notations will result in a claim denial from the carrier.  Please check your boxes before signing the delivery receipt!

Common Carrier Orders usually arrive in 1-2 weeks.  If your order will take longer than 2 weeks we will notify you immediately before you are charged for your purchase.


White Glove Delivery Orders:

This is an order that will arrive turn key.  The carrier will call in advance to make an appointment. When the delivery men arrive they will install your furniture.  Sometimes they are required to leave the packaging and sometimes they will take it.  We have found it depends on the delivery area.  

White Glove Delivery Carriers can take 2-6 weeks to schedule your delivery appointment.  We typically do not utilize this method of delivery because of the exorbitant cost and time frames.  Please contact us if White Glove Delivery is needed and we can discuss further options.


If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately.  We will work with you to file any necessary claims for repair or replacement.  

We reserve the right to repair or replace damaged items at our discretion.  


All Sales Final.  Any refused or returned merchandise is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and actual occurred delivery charges to your location and back to our furniture store located at 207 W. Hundley Dr., Lake Dallas, TX 75065.

Any problems with your furniture need to be reported immediately!

Dimensions are provided in the item description.  Please be sure to measure your area, doorways, hallways and stairwells.  We will not be responsible for items too large for your space.

Colors and stains may vary from each computer monitor, photography, lighting and natural variations.  Please contact us for clarification.  It can be difficult to buy furniture site unseen.  We are here to help.  We are glad to answer questions and send additional information and pictures when available.  All returns, for any reason, are subject to fees and delivery charges.  Please be sure of your purchase.

Furniture Warranties vary per manufacturer and set.  Contact us for specific information regarding a furniture set's warranty. 

We recommend the Montage 5 Year Furniture Protection Plan.
