We use a variety of shipping methods to service our customers outside of the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex.
Each order is unique and we will choose the best method for your furniture order coupled with your location.
We do not ship every piece of furniture to every zip code in the Continental United States! We also do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territory, or Canada, etc.
Please contact us if you want further clarification on how and when your order will arrive. We will need your zip code and the furniture sets or furniture pieces you are wanting to purchase.
We normally use independent contract drivers to move furniture sets. Most furniture sets are checked, loaded, and sent from our warehouse with a direct route to your home or business. The delivery men typically travel alone on long trips and are limited in their ability to move heavy pieces. The delivery drivers are not paid or contracted to install, assemble, or remove and take away factory boxes and packing material. You will need to be home and ready to accept, check, and sign for your furniture. And don't worry! We are great communicators and keep you updated every step of the way, so you are ready.
Out-of-area orders are taking 2-6 weeks to deliver. You can contact us to check the current delivery time frame for your area. *Please see above Covid-19 notice.*
All damage or defects must be noted at the time of delivery!
We reserve the right to repair or replace damaged items at our discretion.
Dallas Designer Furniture offers a 10-day return policy to customers outside of our Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex.* If within ten days of delivery or pickup you are not completely satisfied with the color, comfort, or quality of your order, we will allow you to return your order to our warehouse for a refund less all actual delivery costs Dallas Designer Furniture has incurred delivering your furniture. The return of the furniture is the sole responsibility and cost of the customer. Only returns in the original packaging and in brand new, unused condition can be accepted. Refunds less all delivery costs will be issued once the furniture is received back to our facility and inspected. Please notify us immediately if your intent is to return your order.
All Texas residents pay 8.25% sales tax. Out of state customers do not pay sales tax.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Checks, Cash, Venmo, and Zelle. We offer financing options as well.
All Orders are Pre-Paid. We do not offer a C.O.D.
We offer a Free 6 Month Layaway with a 10% non-refundable deposit towards the purchase balance.
*Mariner Financing, Progressive Leasing, Acima Credit, SNAP Finance, and Paypal Credit have an All Sales Final policy and will not refund or reverse the transaction for any reason once our part of the sale is completed and handed over to them. That is their policy, not ours. Therefore, all financed furniture orders are All Sales Final.*
*Mattress Sales including Box Springs and Foundations have an All Sales Final policy.
*All Floor Models and Clearance Items offered at deep discounts are All Sales Final.
*All Sales Final on Custom Orders.
Dimensions are provided in the item description. Please be sure to measure your area, doorways, hallways, and stairwells. We will not be responsible for items too large for your space or doorways, and you will be required to pay all delivery and return costs back to our warehouse as stated above.
Any problems with your furniture need to be reported on the day of delivery! Not reporting problems right away leads to claim denials from the manufacturer and/or delivery drivers and insurance for defective and damaged items and makes our job a lot harder! We want to resolve any issues you have quickly and efficiently. Please communicate with us.
Colors and stains may vary from each computer monitor, photography, lighting, and natural variations. Please contact us for clarification. It can be difficult to buy furniture sight unseen. We are here to help. We are glad to answer questions and send additional information and pictures when available. Please be sure of your purchase. If not, let's talk about it!
